Innovation Exchanges are opportunities to go with a group of other interested individuals to visit an organisation that is doing and being different in another sector.
The themes of Innovation Exchanges can be varied and might include integrating health and care or productivity and performance.
A raid will usually last up to a day and a series of structured presentations, exposures and question times will be organised for the group to attend and learn from.
The aim is to be exposed to new ideas, people and practice and for this to inform practice and outcomes back where you work.
